We want you to love our products as much as we do. Please note that all of our products are handmade, so color and shape may vary slightly. If you are not satisfied we will accept returns within 10 days of the arrival of your order.
Please contact email@example.com and once we receive the returned order we will issue you a full refund. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny a returned item should it no longer appear salable or does not meet our return standards.

Natural wear may occur over time. To maintain the beauty of your woven product, avoid contact with alcohol, oil, abrasive materials or exposure to high heat, as well as delicate fabrics that may catch against the woven grass.

Your order will leave our facility via USPS within 1-2 business days of your purchase. All packages are shipped via USPS priority mail and should arrive within 3-6 business days after leaving our facility.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
For orders outside of the United States, extra charges (sales tax and customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs charges. Please check your home country's import regulations before you place your order as these charges are at the receivers expense. Please note that delays due to custom procedures are beyond our control and must be resolved by the receiver.
All orders overseas are tracked where possible. Tracking is not available in some countries. In the unlikely case that your package is lost or damaged, you are responsible for logging a claim with the carrier. If you wish to upgrade your service or add insurance at an extra cost, please email us at email@example.com before you place your order and one of our team members will arrange this for you.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We get it, things happen… If your shipment is lost or stolen we will do everything possible to assist you. However, we cannot be responsible for missing packages if the shipper can verify delivery to the shipping address.
